Vendor Representation & Attendance Policy
To ensure a positive and equitable experience for all attendees and sponsors, vendor participation is limited to the number of representatives included with each sponsorship level.
Sponsorships apply to one company or division and cover only the registered representatives listed during registration. Additional representatives or colleagues from other divisions may not attend the Vendor Expo or networking events without an appropriate sponsorship level.
This policy helps maintain a balanced environment, ensures fair access for our members, and protects the value of each sponsor’s investment. Thank you for your cooperation and professionalism.
Who Attends the MNAHRMM Vendor Expo?
The MNAHRMM Vendor Expo attracts healthcare supply chain leaders and decision‑makers from hospitals, health systems, clinics, and surgery centers across Minnesota and the surrounding region.
Based on participation from recent years, attendees have represented organizations such as Allina Health, Fairview Purchasing Network, Essentia Health, Sanford Health, Gillette Children’s, Children’s Minnesota, Summit Orthopedics, and many others.
This highly engaged audience creates meaningful opportunities for vendors to connect, showcase solutions, and build lasting relationships.
What Is the Conference Format?
The conference is a two‑day event, held October 19–20.
Monday: Education sessions begin at 8:00 AM and run through 3:30 PM, followed by the Vendor Expo.
Monday Evening Networking Event:6:00–9:00 PM, featuring heavy appetizers, games, a hosted bar, entertainment, and informal networking—an ideal setting for continued conversations with attendees.
Tuesday: Additional education sessions and engagement opportunities.
Vendors are encouraged to attend education sessions and networking events as part of their sponsorship.
